(1) Forging main machine (mechanical forming)

Check whether the electrical part is normal before starting. Check that the die holes of the two rollers are aligned. Otherwise, open the gear guard, loosen the six screws on the driven gear adjustment plate, rotate the driven roll forward and backward so that the die holes of the two rolls are aligned, and tighten the screws. Work roll spacing should be kept between 0.4-0.7mm, too large or too small, loosen the driven roll, bearing and wire drawing, adjust, then tighten the screw and wire drawing.

The bearing forgings manufacturer said that after the finished product production, check whether the working face of the double roller matches. If there is any error, remove the shield of the large gear and loosen the screw on the outer ring of the driven roller gear to adjust.

(2) Forging main machine (hydroforming)

Check that the die holes of the two rollers are aligned. The distance between the two rollers should be between 0.4 and 0.7 mm, too large or too small should be adjusted. If the holes of the two roll molds are not aligned, open the gear guard, loosen the six screws of the adjustment plate on the driven gear, rotate forward or backward, and tighten the screws after adjustment. If the distance between the two rollers is large or small, it should be adjusted by the passive (active) shaft joint and the four regulating wires on both sides of the driving wheel. After everything is normal, add mechanical oil to the reducer. Add hydraulic oil to the hydraulic tank. The starting pressure test refers to the pressure adjustment of 11MPa at the bottom and 13MPa at the high level. After everything is normal, trial production can begin.

(3) Forging mixer
