The exhaust gas temperature in the fuel furnace is as high as 600-1200℃, and the heat taken away accounts for 30-70% of the total heat. The recovery and utilization of this part of heat is an important way to save energy in the forging workshop. At present, the main utilization method is to use preheater, that is, to use flue gas waste heat to heat the combustion air and gas fuel. As the country vigorously promotes energy conservation and emission reduction, the application of waste heat secondary recovery and utilization technology in forging industry will be more and more extensive.
