(3) Fluorescent flaw detection

① The operator should wear a mask and open the ventilation equipment. Fluorescent indoor dangerous goods should be properly stored, no fireworks.

Spray a mixed solution of magnesium oxide powder and alcohol, or check the forgings under ultraviolet light. Protective equipment should be used properly. Paint should be sealed for storage. When working, should open air exhaust equipment.

③ Do not eat or drink in the operating room. Wear protective glasses when working under ultraviolet light.

(4) After the work is finished, the light tank must be closed, shut off the power supply, clean the site, and close the doors and Windows.



(4) X-ray flaw detection

① Before starting to take pictures, first connect the cooling water, and check whether the flow of water meets the performance requirements of the X-ray machine.

(2) Switch on the main power supply, check the rotation of cooling water and oil pump electrode, turn off the power supply in time if any problem is found, and inform maintenance personnel for timely maintenance.

③ No one is allowed to stay in the room during the shooting. Outdoor protection fence should be set up, outdoor work, there should be enough protection distance. Put up warning signs and forbid people to pass.

④ When controlling the exposure conditions of the X-ray machine, the operating rules of the equipment must be strictly observed.

(5) After the film is taken, the cooling water and the oil pump should continue to run for 10 ~ 15min before cutting off the power supply.

⑥ If there is an electric flip table in the room, we must pay attention to whether there is power supply and wire on the track before the battery car starts.

⑦ When the water is washed indoors, it shall not be sprayed to the electrical appliances.

⑧ Often check the equipment grounding, zero connection is normal, operation must wear pressure rubber shoes.

⑩ The protection of X-ray inspection room can be put into operation only after being approved by relevant departments.
